For standard stock items, 1 reel. Cut tape and sample quantities can be arranged for prototyping and evaluation. Some ICs carry manufacturer minimums — we will tell you at quotation if that applies.

Within 24 hours for a standard BOM. Send part numbers, quantities and target price by email or WhatsApp. Complex or allocated parts may take a little longer, and we will let you know rather than leave you waiting.

Yes. We source through authorized distributors and verified channels only. We do not trade in remarked, refurbished, pulled or counterfeit parts. Lot and date codes are recorded for every shipment and a Certificate of Conformance can be provided.

T/T bank transfer, PayPal and L/C. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice. For new customers we typically start with T/T or PayPal, moving to open terms once a trading history is established.

Stock items ship within 2–5 working days after payment. Allocated or made-to-order parts usually run 4–8 weeks — we confirm the actual lead time at quotation stage, before you commit.

DHL, FedEx and UPS express for most orders, with full tracking. For larger volumes we can arrange air or sea freight. Export packing, commercial invoice, packing list and Certificate of Origin are provided.

Yes. Sample reels or cut tape are available for evaluation. Sample cost is usually credited against your first bulk order.

Often yes. Send the part number and quantity and we will check our channel network. If we cannot source something reliably, we will tell you plainly instead of offering an uncertain substitute.

Yes. When a part is on allocation or has reached end-of-life, we propose functionally equivalent options with a key-parameter comparison so your engineering team can evaluate quickly.

RoHS 3 and REACH declarations are provided as standard. AEC-Q200, conflict-free sourcing and Certificate of Conformance are available on request. Certificate of Origin is provided for export shipments.
