Sourcing Policy

Component authenticity is the single biggest risk in this industry, and we treat it as non-negotiable.

• Authorized distributors and verified channel partners only
• No remarked, refurbished, pulled or recycled components — ever
• Lot and date code recorded for every shipment
• Certificate of Conformance available on request
• Full traceability from our supplier to your delivery

Incoming Inspection

Every batch that enters our warehouse goes through documented checks before it is released for shipment:

• Visual inspection of packaging, labelling and reel condition
• Verification of part marking against the manufacturer's datasheet
• Lot and date code recording
• Sample electrical verification (capacitance / resistance) on a batch basis
• Solderability and termination condition check where applicable

Any batch that fails inspection is quarantined and returned to source. It does not reach a customer.

Compliance Documentation

Packing & Handling

• Original manufacturer tape & reel, 7" or 13" as standard
• Moisture-sensitive devices packed in moisture-barrier bags with desiccant and humidity indicator
• ESD-safe packing throughout
• Cut tape and sample strips available for prototype quantities

Warranty

All components are supplied as original manufacturer product and carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Any shortage, wrong shipment or quality discrepancy must be reported within 30 days of receipt, with the original packing and lot information retained. We investigate and resolve — replacement or credit — rather than argue.
